Sungmin Gets Married!

So, the first of my boys got married. The first of the 13 heart stoppers I discovered in 2009. The one who shares a birthday with me. The ridiculously adorable and feminine (although Heechul is competition) guy out there who at the same time is skilled in martial arts. The one who was quiet because he didn't want to say something which would hurt people's feelings. And now he's married.
Super Junior are breaking kpop group stereotypes left and right, the latest one being that a member got married while in the group. I really really hope he doesn't leave because of this. Honestly, I am so happy for him. Thank God I am not one of those fangirls who'd go all crazy if someone breathes the same air as my oppa. I would actually be really sad if they didn't get married and ended up growing old alone and sad without making a great future generation. So yes, CONGRATS SUNGMINAAAAHHHH!!!!!!!!!! ^_^
It would be so great to see all of Super Junior get married and still stay together and multiply with many babies and basically have their own clan and like buy themselves a country where they can live and all ELFs get a citizenship there. And....that's my imagination just being itself >.> uh. yea.
Well, I hope you hardcore Sungmin fans out there aren't too devastated and are happy for him ^_^

Have a good day!
God bless :)

I'm back again...or am I?

I'm sorry for just disappearing on you guys all the time :/ Life gets hectic and there's just so many other things to do that kpop and especially blogging about it gets pushed back... and once again, I shall try to get back to it again. Keeping up with this blog will hopefully get me caught up with kpop again (I feel like one of those old people who enter the world of teenagers when I go on allkpop). It's quite weird and...strange and...dramatic o.o Maybe I'm just more of an old school style kpopper....but, nah. I like many of the new songs and groups too. My style for sure has changed, and maybe I'll be able to help you discover some new awesomes :)

So this is a random post....not talking about anything specific about kpop...but the next one, I'll review a new kpop music video I haven't seen yet. I'm sure I'll be surprised by what's going on out there these days. Pleasantly or not...that's another question haha.

God bless! :)

Exo - Growl & Crazy Exotics

Soo, Exo's Growl.. *crazy fangirls screaming*
I like it ^_^
I haven't been much of an EXO fan (DON'T KILL ME PLEASE), but recently I've been starting to like them more. I admit, since the beginning they were crazy skilled, their dance moves, singing, and music style is captivating. The only thing that put me off is that they were a bit scary in MAMA.. though skilled. However, Growl is soo awesome! And addicting! I've listened to it over and over, and watched their live performances and it's great. I'm not even sure what else to comment about it, cuz there's nothing to criticize about it.
SM works their artists like crazy we hear, but it's for a good outcome. We love listening/watching people who are good at what they do. And I'm sure they are glad that they are better at what they do than their competitors.

Now for those fangirls...Exotics in particular. What's up with them?? I understand you love your "husbands" and stuff, but too much is too much. You can live in a fantasy world all you want, as long as it doesn't affect others in a bad way. And remember that Exo isn't living in your fantasy world as well. This is also for every other sasaeng fan out there. Maybe it's the media, but it seems like Exotics are taking over the fandom world right now. It's all cool guys, just...calm down a bit. Your own actions are keeping you farther from them.

CL - The Baddest Female - 나쁜 기집애

Soooo....I guess this is pretty much the kinda thing you would expect from YG. CL, bad as ever. I must say, her outfits are always so creative and artsy. Really interesting. And her eye make up is always so pretty :3 However, her hairstyle doesn't change much. And I think it suits her. She kinda has a trademark style, which she looks good in, and doesn't need to change it like many other singers who always try to change their image from album to album.
This MV kind of reminded me of GDragon. Her behavior, the way she raps/sings, the style of the MV and song. It's not necessarily a bad thing, after all 2NE1 is the female Big Bang. Just an observation. And this song reminded me of One of a Kind, seems kinda similar to me i dunno... especially cuz the instrumental doesn't really sound like much and it's just kinda a chill song.
*random: I love her shoes

And then she's in a village of ghetto people. lol. Where adidas grow on trees xD Actually they were like hanging from a rope or something, but whatever. Leave it to CL to find a place like that haha. Bad girl hideout? They dress pretty stylishly for people living in sucha run down place. But it just adds to the coolness of the MV.
Btw, who are those 12 year old girls dancing with her?? Well, they look 12. And a baby. And I just thought of this now, GDragon had kids in his One of a Kind MV too..

*GDragon and Taeyang were in it too! hehe

Anyway, overall...this isn't the song that I liked the first time I listened. It is catchy. It might annoyingly get stuck in my head at some point.
From an artsy point of view, this MV did not disappoint, as most YG MVs are usually very interesting. It's very colorful, with creative, unusual outfits which are fun to look at.

God bless! ^_^

Chuno/Slave Hunters - What is life? [reaction]

So, after a long time today is the day I've finally finished. *sigh* T_T
What happened is I pretty much cried my eyes out for most of the last episode.
It really made me think.
All Daegil wanted was his love, Unnyun. And a world where there was no separation between slaves and nobles. All Unnyun wanted was her love, Daegil. And of course, also a world with no separation. Song Taeha wanted to keep his promise and make the world a better place. The slaves wanted better lives.
And pretty much the guys with the power were the bad guys. I feel like this shows that power really does get to people's heads. The more power they have, the more they want, the more corrupt they become.
The ending was just....aaahhhh Dx I can't believe it... Daegil died for Song Taeha so the world would become a better place and for Unnyun to live a good life.. especially, the part when uhm... the bad guy (sorry, I suck at names sometimes) who was after Taeha the whole time, in the end he fought Daegil and asked him why he was doing that. And Daegil said because Taeha saved his life once. And that same guy was Taeha's best friend before, Taeha saved his life, but the ex-bestfriend went totally power crazy and completely betrayed Taeha, went against him, and was going to kill him. He finally realized how wrong he was, let Taeha go alive, and went home to his wife... I was TT_TT
And...I just noticed all the wise things Daegil said throughout the drama. I was like...so true!
And...it's just crazy. Like, he seems like such a rough guy who could care less about anyone. But then he saved all those slaves...I was like...woah, cuz at the beginning I didn't expect that. And all throughout, whenever it came to Unnyun he softened up. I feel his persona is one I can analyze a lot, so...I won't. You guys probably won't want to read it all. But, what he did was amazing. Ah, and the fact that he paid for General Choi's and Wongson's houses and land, but not his own..
AHDANFJFOEIAHNDKLAJEA I could go on and on..

but really...what is this life? Each person goes through SUCH a hard struggle. To each, their life is the world. But in the long run, it doesn't even matter. Then again, I guess you can say that every little action you make affects someone, karma goes and comes around, and there goes the butterfly effect changing the world. This is the thing that confuses me so much. Something that seems so small and meaningless, but at the same thing it's enormous and intertwined with everything.

It also shows that good always wins in the end. People who are nice get stepped all over, no one cares about them. The good cause Taeha was for, so many people wanted to kill him. Because of his friendship to one person, and because of that promise, he COMPLETELY stuck to it til the end and didn't give up. No matter what it took him. He had no deviation in his mind whatsoever, and was willing to die for the cause. His loyalty caused him a lot of pain. But perseverance is something always admired. In the end, he befriended an enemy. He saved his enemy's life JUST BECAUSE he said he never killed a citizen of his country. In return, his enemy died protecting him. Daegil also changed. Either changed, or just his true self was shown by the end of he drama. I think in the beginning he had a very hardened heart. After Taeha's ex-best friend enemy's encounter with Daegil (at the end), he realized how messed up it was what he did, betraying Taeha. Although the "good" people suffered, in the end the "bad" didn't win.

This was my ranty reaction to Chuno. I hope you enjoyed it. Maybe. :)

God bless!
